Role responsibilities   As the Head of Mktg, role incumbent will be responsible for the following:-

To provide leadership to the team of Marketing Managers in generating and meeting revenue & profitability budgets.

To establish and maintain strong relationships with the clients.

To develop appropriate strategy taking into considerations customer requirements, market trends and company capabilities.

To coordinate with the Marketing Team in developing positioning strategy for various geographical territories.

To closely interact with Delivery teams to understand the current capabilities in the organization and create opportunities to develop new service offerings.
   
Position Marketing Manager – Electronic Design Services

Reporting to   President and Executive Director

Experience   A total of 6-8 years of experience 

Should have demonstrated high degree of success in starting and maturing Electronic Design Services in a medium to large IT company. 

Should have experience of selling Electronic Design Services to manufacturing or telecom companies.
Qualification   BE – EEE or ECE and MBA (or equivalent)
Role responsibilities   As the Head of Mktg, role incumbent will be responsible for the following:-

To grow the Electronic Design Services practice, over a defined time frame, to USD 25 Million business.

To undertake Market & Size assessment and communicating the same to Market Research Team to help them undertake focused lead generation.

To develop positioning strategy for various geographical territories considering customer requirements, market trends and company capabilities.

To define & manage marketing communication mix strategy

To define price structures and manage profitability of service offerings.

To closely interact with delivery teams to understand the current capabilities in the organization and create opportunities to develop new service offerings.
