Quality control team will study the Quality check process, regulatory compliance and control mechanisms that are identified and documented during the Business transformation phase and identify the relevant checkpoints for the work package process steps. For each checkpoint a detailed verification process and performance metrics data collection process will be established and followed. The performance metrics will be collected and reviewed on a periodic basis as specified in the service contract. The performance metrics data will also be used as the basis for the continuous process improvements.

Application Components/Services Maintenance
All the application components/services implemented during the application transformation phase will be maintained for bug fixing, performance improvement, and enhancements.

Process Change Management
During post implementation stage, process change may be required due to dynamic business needs and continuous process improvement. Each change implementation involves:
